"Quattro Aquatic Fitness is about exercising in the vertical position while enjoying the element of water. Owner and trainer Wilma Weidner knows first hand how aquatic movements can strengthen the muscles. She recovered from a ski-accident while teaching skiing and had a nearly torn ACL.

The muscles around the knee cap improved their strength enormously as she did the exercises in the water. She discovered other benefits as well, such as an improved cardio and flexibility of the joints. "I started this company to help other people to achieve their goal in health too! AND what a bonus doing this while having fun!"

Focusing on posture while doing the exercises is the correct way to start. Movements are done in a vertical position and are designed with specific goals in mind.
